Structural features of check valve

The swing check valve consists of a swing check valve and a spring. It closes the valve depending on the weight of the valve disc, the force of the spring, and the differential pressure of the medium to prevent the medium from flowing back. When the pressure regulating bolt is loosened to make the spring in a free state when the medium in the valve body passes through the valve disc, the valve disc can swing around the pin shaft, and the medium enters the lower part of the piston through the lower cover hole of the hydraulic cylinder, and the valve rod is jacked up; When the spring is in the compression state, the valve rod is contacted with the rocker rod down through the piston to limit the movement of the valve disc.

The swing check valve adopts the internal rocker swing structure. All the opening and closing parts of the valve are installed inside the valve body and do not penetrate the valve body. Except for the sealing gasket and sealing ring used in the middle flange, there is no external leakage point on the whole, so as to eliminate the possibility of valve leakage. The connection between the swing check valve rocker arm and the valve disc adopts a spherical connection structure, which allows the valve disc to have a certain degree of freedom within 360 degrees, with appropriate micro-position compensation.
